U.S. orders normally ship from Gozo’s U.S. warehouse, so customs duties or import fees usually do not apply. For customers outside the U.S., customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

If a U.S. order must ship from Canada, Gozo will ask for your approval first.

In Follow Mode, Gozo adjusts its speed to help maintain distance from the golfer. In Remote Control Mode, you control the caddy’s speed and direction with the remote.

Use extra caution on downhill terrain, and avoid using Cruise Mode downhill or anywhere the caddy may leave your sight.

No. Gozo does not use a fifth wheel. Its balanced design, wide rear wheel spacing, and stable frame are designed to help reduce tipping on hilly or uneven golf-course conditions.

Gozo is specified for slopes up to 40°, but golfers should still use caution on steep, wet, or uneven terrain.

Press and hold the multifunction physical button for 2 seconds to turn the caddy on or off. When Gozo is powered on, press the button once to unlock it. Press it again to lock the caddy.

With the caddy unlocked and the remote turned on, press the Follow Mode (puppy) button to activate Auto-Follow, move the joystick anytime when the caddy is unlocked to switch to Remote Control Mode, or push the joystick upward twice to enter Cruise Mode.

Push the joystick upward again to increase the preset speed, or push it fully downward to exit Cruise Mode. The remote takes priority over app control.

Charge the remote using the included remote charger and Type-C cable. As a practical routine, Gozo recommends charging the remote about every 5 rounds.

The caddy also has a Type-C charging port below the screen that can be used as an emergency charging option when needed. The remote indicator light turns red when the battery is low and turns off when the remote is powered off.

Gozo products include a standard 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Accidental damage, misuse, normal wear and tear, and unauthorized repairs are not covered.
