What is Gozo’s return policy?

Gozo offers a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging, subject to Gozo’s return-condition requirements. Outdoor use may affect refund eligibility. Please review the Return and Refund Policy before purchase for full conditions and instructions.
How long does shipping take?

In-stock orders are processed within 2 business days. Available shipping methods will be shown at checkout, along with estimated delivery times. For more details, please check our Shipping Policy.
Do you ship internationally?

International shipping may be available for selected destinations. Availability, shipping charges, delivery times, duties, and local restrictions vary by destination. Please contact Gozo before ordering. If shipping is not available at checkout, the order cannot be completed online for that destination.
Will I need to pay customs duties or import fees?

U.S. orders normally ship from Gozo’s U.S. warehouse, so customs duties or import fees usually do not apply. For customers outside the U.S., customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

If a U.S. order must ship from Canada, Gozo will ask for your approval first.
How does Gozo handle downhill terrain?

In Follow Mode, Gozo adjusts its speed to help maintain distance from the golfer. In Remote Control Mode, you control the caddy’s speed and direction with the remote.

Use extra caution on downhill terrain, and avoid using Cruise Mode downhill or anywhere the caddy may leave your sight.
Does Gozo need a fifth wheel for stability?

No. Gozo does not use a fifth wheel. Its balanced design, wide rear wheel spacing, and stable frame are designed to help reduce tipping on hilly or uneven golf-course conditions.

Gozo is specified for slopes up to 40°, but golfers should still use caution on steep, wet, or uneven terrain.
How do I turn Gozo on or off?

Press and hold the multifunction physical button for 2 seconds to turn the caddy on or off. When Gozo is powered on, press the button once to unlock it. Press it again to lock the caddy.
How do I activate Follow Mode, Remote Control Mode, or Cruise Mode?

With the caddy unlocked and the remote turned on, press the Follow Mode (puppy) button to activate Auto-Follow, move the joystick anytime when the caddy is unlocked to switch to Remote Control Mode, or push the joystick upward twice to enter Cruise Mode.

Push the joystick upward again to increase the preset speed, or push it fully downward to exit Cruise Mode. The remote takes priority over app control.

How do I charge the remote, and how often should I charge it?

Charge the remote using the included remote charger and Type-C cable. A fully charged remote lasts for approximately 2–3 rounds. As a practical routine, Gozo recommends charging the remote about every other round.

You can also check the remote's remaining battery level in the Gozo App under Details > Remote control remaining.

The caddy also has a Type-C charging port below the screen that can be used as an emergency charging option when needed. The remote indicator light turns red when the battery is low and turns off when the remote is powered off. When the remote battery is low, the Auto-Follow Mode signal may weaken, reducing the caddy’s tracking accuracy.
What is included in Gozo’s warranty?

Gozo products include a standard 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Accidental damage, misuse, normal wear and tear, and unauthorized repairs are not covered.

The electronic portion of the device seems to be really spot on. The mechanical portion like, opening the damn cart up, is a pain in the rear.

Really like using cart. Don’t use follow me function all the time. Cart does shut off intermittently

Regarding the intermittent shut-off, the caddy has an automatic power-off feature: if no operating mode is active and the caddy remains unlocked, it will automatically power off after approximately 3 minutes of inactivity.
To avoid this while you are stopped, you can either activate an operating mode or lock the caddy using the remote.
This feature may explain what you’ve noticed, but if the caddy is shutting off while moving or during active use, we’d like to look into it further. Please contact us at service@gozogolf.com, and we’ll be happy to help clarify what’s happening and assist further.

I have been very happy with the Gozo.. about 25 rounds in. I have had a pair of issues, first the water bottle bracket snapped off, secondly the cart hit a hole in the rough and broke a wheel. In both situations Gozo quickly shipped out free replacements. Customer service has been great, cart is good. I wish the remote had a bit better range, sometimes in follow mode it gets lost and goes on a little adventure without me, but all in all, I would buy again.

Regarding the remote range and the caddy occasionally losing the follow signal, a low remote battery can cause weaker or less stable signal transmission. When this happens, the caddy may briefly circle or change direction while trying to reacquire the signal.
You can check the remote’s remaining battery level in the Gozo App under Details > Remote Control.
We also recommend charging the remote every other round to help maintain a stable connection.

Haven’t used on course yet but grabbed one during the winter sale.Had a small hiccup with the umbrella holder and Gozo promptly replied and fixed the issue the next day – amazing service.
Tested my golf bag on it and moving it around a bit with the remote- quality feels great at this price point. Control is easy to use and the auto follow function seems to work well. Opening and folding it is intuitive with the mechanism that they have as well.
Can’t wait to take it on a course and play this season – super excited.

Great product worthy to buy

The auto following feature is what made me interested in this cart, it works well and I havent had to think about the cart after a few holes. I swapped over from an alphard club booster as my battery was having issues and wanted another remote cart and decided to give this one a try and I have yet to regret it.
