All Gozo online orders are processed within 5 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped. If you do not receive any email communications after placing your order, please contact us at [email protected].
Domestic Shipping (Canada)
- We offer free shipping on all Gozo electric caddy orders within mainland Canada.
- For accessories or parts, orders under $200 CAD will incur a standard shipping fee + tax, while orders over $201 CAD qualify for free shipping.
- Deliveries are made from 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM (local time) on weekdays via standard courier service.
- All prices listed are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
United States Shipping
- We are pleased to offer free shipping for Gozo electric caddy orders delivered to the United States.
- For smaller accessory orders below $200 USD, a standard shipping fee + tax will apply.
- Deliveries typically occur between 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM (local time) on weekdays.
- Please note: Import duties, customs fees, and any applicable tariffs for shipments to the United States are not included and are the responsibility of the recipient.
In-store Pickup
Customers who prefer to pick up their orders in person may do so at our location:

Please note: you will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. Pickup is available during regular business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM).
Order Tracking
- When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
- If you have not received your order within 14 days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order details.
