1. How Do I Unfold My Gozo Caddy?

  1. Place the folded caddy on a flat, stable surface with enough space to unfold it.
  2. Pull the spring-loaded latch knob outward, then rotate it 90° to the unlocked position.

  3. Hold the front bumper and lift the lower arm until the frame is fully extended and the rear wheels are fully opened.

    Note: If the caddy is difficult to unfold, make sure the spring-loaded latch is fully unlocked.
  4. Open the height-adjustment latch. Lift the upper arm until the handle reaches the desired height, then close the latch.
    Note: If the height-adjustment joint feels loose, turn the knob on the left side clockwise to tighten it.
  5. Rotate the spring-loaded latch knob 90° back to the locked position.
    Note: If the latch does not lock properly, make sure the frame is fully extended and the rear wheels are fully opened.

2. How Do I Fold My Gozo Caddy?

  1. Place the caddy on a flat, stable surface and turn it off.
  2. Remove the golf bag, battery, umbrella, and any other attached accessories.
  3. Pull the spring-loaded latch knob outward, then rotate it 90° to the unlocked position.
  4. Hold the front bumper and pull the handle toward the front bumper. The rear wheels should retract inward as the frame folds.
    Note: If the caddy is difficult to fold, make sure the spring-loaded latch is fully unlocked. Do not push the handle downward or use excessive force.
  5. Open the height-adjustment latch, then gently fold the upper arm downward.
  6. Once the caddy is fully folded, close the height-adjustment latch and rotate the spring-loaded latch knob 90° back to the locked position.
    Note: If the spring-loaded latch does not lock properly, make sure the rear wheels are fully retracted.

3. How Do I Turn the Gozo Caddy On or Off?

Press and hold the multifunction button for approximately two seconds to turn the caddy on or off.

When the caddy is powered on:

  • Press the button once to unlock the caddy.
  • Press it again to lock the caddy.

4. How Do I Activate Auto-Follow, Remote Control, or Cruise Mode?

Make sure the caddy is unlocked and the remote is turned on.

Auto-Follow Mode: Press the dog icon button on the remote.

Remote Control Mode: Move the joystick to control the caddy’s speed and direction.

Cruise Mode: Push the joystick upward twice. Push it upward again to increase the preset speed. Push the joystick fully downward once to exit Cruise Mode.


5. How Does the Gozo Caddy Handle Downhill Terrain?

In Auto-Follow Mode, the caddy automatically adjusts its speed to maintain the set following distance.

In Remote Control Mode, use the joystick to control the caddy’s speed and direction.

Avoid using Cruise Mode on steep downhill terrain or whenever the caddy may move out of your sight. Always remain alert and ready to take manual control.

Battery

6. How Long Does the Gozo Caddy Battery Last?

The caddy’s battery can provide power for up to 36 holes on a full charge under typical conditions.

Actual battery performance may vary depending on terrain, load weight, speed, temperature, battery condition, and frequency of use.

A full charge normally takes approximately six to eight hours. Refer to the product page or User Manual for complete battery specifications.

Shipping and Import Fees

7. Will I Need to Pay Customs Duties or Import Fees?

U.S. orders normally ship from our U.S. warehouse, so customs duties and import fees generally do not apply.

For customers in other countries or regions, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other local charges may apply. These charges are normally the customer’s responsibility.

If a U.S. order needs to be shipped from Canada, Gozo will contact the customer for approval before shipping.

Warranty

8. What Is Included in the Gozo Warranty?

Gozo caddies include a 24-month limited warranty beginning on the date of delivery.

The warranty covers eligible manufacturing defects involving components such as:

  • Motors and electrical systems
  • Battery
  • Frame and structural components
  • Handheld remote
  • Factory-installed electronics

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper storage, unauthorized repairs or modifications, overloading, water damage caused by submersion or pressure washing, or use that does not follow the User Manual.

Warranty service is subject to inspection and verification by Gozo. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law are not affected.


9. How Do I Request Warranty Service?

Contact Gozo Customer Support and provide:

  • Your name and contact information
  • Proof of purchase
  • Product serial number, if available
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Photos or a short video showing the problem

Our support team will review the information, provide troubleshooting assistance, and explain the next steps.

After-Sales Service

10. What Is the After-Sales Service Process?

  1. Contact Gozo Customer Support with your order details and a description of the issue.
  2. Our team will assess the problem and may ask for photos, videos, or additional product information.
  3. We may provide remote troubleshooting instructions.
  4. If further service is required, we will explain how to return the product or provide the necessary replacement parts.
  5. After inspection, Gozo may arrange a repair, replacement part, product replacement, or another appropriate solution in accordance with the applicable warranty or return policy.

Do not ship a product to Gozo before receiving return instructions or authorization from our support team.


11. How Long Does a Repair Take?

Repair times vary depending on the type of issue, the availability of replacement parts, shipping time, and the product’s service location.

After assessing the issue, our support team will provide an estimated service timeline. This estimate may change if additional problems are discovered during inspection.


12. Is There a Charge for Repairs Outside the Warranty Period?

Yes. Repairs, replacement parts, labour, and shipping outside the warranty period may be subject to additional charges.

Gozo will provide an estimate or quotation for approval before proceeding with any chargeable repair.
